This week, the week beginning September 12th 2022, we will be sitting down with Cwmpas Wales, formerly the Wales Co-operative centre in order to agree on the best co-operative structure for the company. There are a number of co-operative company structures available to us, we want to choose the one that allows you to take a stake in the company through a shareholding and we also want to ensure we have the best mechanism for reinvesting in improved services and projects which benefit local communities.
We hope to be incorporated by Christmas and be in a position to start issuing shares soon after. Should all things go to plan we will target July 2023 for our launch.
